Ski Apartment in Klosters

It was a pleasure to hear from this client again, more than a decade after I had assisted with the design of their family home. On this occasion, they sought my expertise for a newly acquired ski apartment in the beautiful resort of Klosters, Switzerland.

I was delighted to take on the project. Every element was custom-made in the UK, drawing on my trusted network of skilled craftsmen, upholsterers, furniture makers and rug artisans, before being carefully transported and installed in Switzerland.

The client selected a stunning reclaimed timber board for sections of the wall panelling, which provided the foundation for the design scheme. The carefully curated fabrics complemented the timber beautifully, creating a calm, sophisticated and inviting interior. The result is a serene alpine retreat—an ideal setting in which to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes.
